Our vision is ‘Improving lives Incommunities’. That means providing great homes in great neighbourhoods and helping people build better lives for themselves.
We are one of the largest social housing providers in the UK and formed in 2003 after a stock transfer from Bradford Council. Our main business is to provide and maintain affordable high quality housing for our neighbourhoods. Since 2003 we have invested over £400 million in modernising our customer homes and built over 700 homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale.
In 2015 the Huddersfield-based housing group, Sadeh Lok, an established Black and Ethnic Minority housing association, joined the group.
Over the next five years we aim to create another 1000 homes across Bradford and Kirklees. We have a turnover of over £100 million and have a multi skilled workforce of around 1200 staff
Incommunities records calls to our contact centres and support staff for training and quality assurance purposes.
