24-hour piece of mind
We pride ourselves on maintaining clean and comfortable accommodation. Our residents have the reassurance of being linked to the round-the-clock call monitoring service. For schemes within the Bradford district, Tunstall provides emergency assistance if you need it and for Rose Court, this service is provided by Anchor Call.
Each scheme is supported by an experienced Retirement Housing Officer who takes care of building maintenance and manages the upkeep of communal areas and gardens. They also offer a helping hand if you require an urgent repair, support in an emergency, or have any questions about bill paying, arranging utilities, or your personal support.

Affordable living
Rents are affordable and inclusive of service charges covering the shared amenities and building upkeep such as communal area cleaning and maintenance of the grounds. No bond is required and rent and service charges are eligible for Housing Benefit.

We have a choice of communities in Addingham, Baildon, Bingley, Cottingley, Denholme, Dewsbury, Four Lane Ends, Heaton, Keighley, Laisterdyke, Queensbury, Shipley, Silsden, Thornbury, Wibsey and Wyke.
