Reporting a damaged tree

Trees can pose significant hazards if left unchecked. Dead branches, weaknesses, and disease can lead to branches and trees falling, damaging property and injuring people.

We own thousands of trees throughout the Bradford district and beyond. Lots of these trees are in shared spaces along roads and in gardens.

How to report

If there’s a safety concern about a tree on land that we own, please let us know as soon as possible. This is particularly important when there’s strong winds or storms forecast.

  1. Contact Us
    Phone: 0330 175 9540
    Email: Estate&Supp-Admin@incommunities.co.uk

  2. Provide the information
Your name, address, and contact number.
The exact location of the tree (front/back garden, grass verge, near your home, etc.).
The problem (has the tree fallen, are branches hanging dangerously, is it blocking a road?).

  3. Send photos if you can
Photos help us see the problem and respond faster. If possible, email pictures of the tree along with your name and address to: Estate&Supp-Admin@incommunities.co.uk

Our teams work hard to keep everyone safe. They may need to cut branches or, in some cases, remove the whole tree. Some branches may be left on-site to be cleared later once the urgent work is done.

We may bring in extra help if needed.
