How to get help

If there is an emergency situation and you think someone is in immediate danger, call 999. If you are unable to speak tap 55 on your phone and your call will be transferred to the Police.

Everything that you tell us will be kept confidential, unless there is risk of harm to you or others or the safeguarding concern may have a wider impact. Our safeguarding team are specially trained and very experienced. They will help you get the support and information that you need and can provide practical tips and guidance that will make your life just that little bit easier.

They will help you to understand your rights and can make referrals to specialist organisations, but none of this will be done without you agreeing first.
