We want your home to be safe, warm and a place that you’re proud of. To achieve this, we have to work together to keep your home well-maintained – we all have a responsibility to keep your home in tip-top condition. You are responsible for looking after the day-to-day maintenance of your home, including carrying out minor repairs and internal decoration.
As your landlord, it is our responsibility to cover the wear and tear and ensure your home is structurally sound, safe, weathertight and has hot water and heating.
