Apprenticeships

We have a workforce of more than 900 colleagues and are one of Bradford’s biggest employers.

We employ over 200 colleagues with practical trades, such as plumbers, plasterers, electricians, horticulturists, and multi-skills and this is where most of our apprenticeships are focused.

Our apprentices learn across multiple trades, which helps them to decide on an area that they would like to focus on longer term and lots of our apprentices go on to other roles within the organisation.

During the last 20 years, we have trained more than 125 trade apprentices, with 95 per cent of those still working with us.
