Janey Carey - Executive Director of Customer and Communities
Janey is our Executive Director of Customer and Communities and has been in post since September 2022.
Janey’s extensive skills and expertise lie in transforming strategic and operational housing services and she has led the development and implementation of Customer Centric strategies across a number of Housing organisations. Janey is the lead for consumer standards compliance.
Janey is passionate about involving customers and ensuring that our customers receive the highest of standards in every interaction with us.
