Looking after your home
The type of repairs that we will carry out include:
- heating and hot water;
- electrical wiring, sockets and light fittings;
- plumbing;
- roofs, outside walls, windows and doors;
- drains and gutters;
- inside walls, floors and ceilings;
- kitchen units installed by us;
- baths, basins and toilets.

You must report to us, as soon as reasonably possible, any damage to your home, the communal areas, or loss or damage to our property.

We want your feedback
Our external contractor IFF Research is helping us with customer feedback through short surveys about our repair service. We want to gather your views on how we carried out your last repair. Your feedback will help us to improve our service.

It's optional for you to take part. If you are contacted and do not want to participate, you can let IFF Research know who will remove your details from their contact list.
