Eleanor Moorhouse Homes Trust

The Eleanor Moorhouse Homes Trust provides 6 one-bedroom bungalows at High Lea in Marsden, a large village 7 miles to the west of Huddersfield. The homes are managed by Incommunities Limited on behalf of the Trust.

To be eligible to apply for housing here, applicants must meet the criteria stipulated in the Trust's aims and objectives, which state an applicant shall be suitable if they:

  • are of good character and morals; and
  • were born in the township of Marsden and continued to reside there; or
  • have resided in the township of Marsden for not less than 21 years preceding the date of appointment.
