Customers living in high rise buildings give us their feedback
In past issues of the customer magazine, we have told you that we want to hear from you, our customers.
One of the ways that you’re giving us your feedback is through the Building Safety Residents Group.
The Building Safety Residents Group gives opportunities for customers living in high-rise buildings to tell us about the issues that matter to them.
During the monthly sessions, customers give us their ideas and feedback about building regulations, fire safety work, resident engagement and complaints. We will be helping the group get more involved in how we communicate and manage building safety so that we can be held accountable to them.
We would love more customers to join this group. If you live in a high-rise building and would like to have your say on issues that matter to you, then please get in touch.
