Your feedback helps us understand what’s working and what needs improvement. It also helps us to make sure our service meets your needs.
That’s why, after every repair, we’ll ask you to answer five quick questions.
Once we’ve completed a repair at your home we’ll text you a link to a short survey.
The text will be sent at 7pm on the day of the repair.

We also give you the chance to let us know why you’ve scored us this way. Whether you’re satisfied or not you can always tell us what’s working and not working for you. This will help us to change the right things and improve the service we provide.
We will never ask you for any personal details in the repair survey text message, or in the survey itself.
We’ll share the results on our website and in the customer magazine, letting you know what changes we’ve made based on your feedback. If there’s something we can’t change, we’ll explain why.
