We want to make sure that all our customers know about the help that Money Matters can provide.

It’s free and open to all Incommunities customers. We provide free, confidential and non-judgemental advice and guidance about lots of different things, such as:

  • We’ll help you claim the benefits  that you’re entitled to, even taking care of the paperwork
  • We can provide warm clothes, blankets and food vouchers
  • Help with the cost of baby/infant milk, fruit and vegetables
  • Emergency assistance – providing support if you’re in crisis
  • Provide support to help you manage your day-to-day energy costs
  • We can make sure that you’re on the right water tariff, and will let you know about support schemes that may be available to you.

Not all of these services will be able to everyone, but we want to speak to any customer who needs our support. Please don’t wait for your situation to get worse before you ask for help.

I would like to say thanks to Paul in Money Matters who has helped me so much with my new property. He has helped me get a settee and washer and set up my utilities so quickly to give me the start I so much needed. I’m so grateful for Incommunities help and with Paul. Thank you so much. Slavka Spot on, if it wasn’t for Money Matters I don’t know what I would have done. Messing about with Universal Credit – Money Matters just got it sorted for me. Steven
