Tirivashe Mutindimuri

Tirivashe was keen to join our Customer Experience Committee having previously served as a member of our Operations Committee for a number of years.

Tiri has always had a strong desire to ensure customers and other impacted stakeholders are involved in the decision-making that will affect them, from an early stage.

Tiri has a professional background in medical engineering and has strong analytical skills that help him to understand a wide range of complex customer situations and arrive at the most sensible decisions in the interests of fellow customers.
