Service Charge Improvement Survey
We want to be as clear as possible with you about how and why we charge for the services that we provide.
That’s why we’re working with a specialist surveying company called McDowalls to review our services.
The McDowalls survey is alongside the Rapleys building condition survey, which you can find more information about on our Building Condition Survey page
McDowalls won’t need to go into your home, their work will be done externally and from communal areas.
You don’t need to do anything. We just want you to be aware of McDowalls in case you see their team in your neighbourhood over the next few months. So, if you see this logo, you know who they are.
Once McDowalls work is complete we’ll give you an update on the next steps involved in making our service charges as clear as possible for our customers.
