Living space
At Green Bank Court we have 32 recently modernised one bedroom apartments on three levels with lift access to each floor. All the homes have fitted bathrooms with walk in shower, kitchen and lounge.
There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.
Residents have their own fobs to operate the main entrances. Door entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents’ home to provide extra security.
All schemes are linked to the 24/7 Trustcare mobile response service giving residents and their families the reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
