Maple Court Retirement Living     

Bingley is a bustling market town with good shopping facilities including four supermarkets. Myrtle Park is nearby with bowling facilities, tennis court, a café and the River Aire running alongside the park. Historic Leeds Liverpool Canal is nearby featuring historic Five and Three Rise Locks.

Living space

Maple Court offers 54 homes over two floors, a mix of one bedroom apartments and studio style living with the first floor served by a lift. All the homes have fitted bathrooms with shower, kitchen and lounge.

There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.

Residents have their own fobs to operate the main entrances. Door entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents’ home to provide extra security.

All our schemes are linked to the 24/7 Trustcare mobile response service giving residents and their families the reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
