Angela appointed to senior post at Incommunities
Angela Perry is joining Incommunities as its new Assistant Chief Executive for Asset Management.
Angela moves on 11th September from the North-West based Torus Group where she has been Managing Director of Operations since 2015.
She has extensive housing experience, working in the sector over 25 years and at an executive level for 10 years.
Angela joins the Bradford-based housing group at an exciting time as it delivers its strategic plan for growth over the next ten years and progresses its multi-million pound new homes programme.
Incommunities owns and manages 22,000 homes across Bradford district and other parts of West and South Yorkshire.
Geraldine Howley, Group Chief Executive of Incommunities said: "We are delighted to welcome Angela as a key senior appointment to the group.
"Angela has extensive strategic experience and a strong track record in asset management, housing, repairs and maintenance and customer services.
"She will be a great addition to our executive management team and play a key role in strengthening our asset management services, identifying new housing markets and enhancing our frontline services."
Commenting on her appointment, Angela said: "I am really excited to be joining Incommunities at this important stage in the group’s development.
"I am looking forward to working with the leadership team, colleagues and boards to make a positive difference to the business and customers’ homes and lives. I can’t wait to get started!"
Angela takes over from Jez Lester who decided to take early retirement earlier this year.
