Customer Conference, your conference
Come along to our customer conference on Friday 22nd November.
10.30am – 3.30pm – pop in for a bit, or stay for the whole session, whatever suits you.
It will be your chance to meet our teams, ask questions and find out more about the 5-year corporate plan.
You can also learn more about the difference customers have made through sharing their feedback and getting involved.

10.30 - Arrival
10.30 - 11.15 – Speak to us about your issues, report repairs, ASB, fly-tipping. Get help from our Money Matters team.
11.15 - Conference officially starts
Update from Executive Director or Customer and Communities, Janey Carey. She’ll be sharing detail of our 5-year plan, and you have chance to ask questions.
Get to know Customer Voice team and hear about the difference you can make by sharing your thoughts on our services.
Learn about the legal & regulatory requirements – empowering customers to know what to hold us accountable to.
12.45 - 1.30pm - Lunch will be provided and there will be refreshments throughout the day.
