Have your say on Incommunities
Incommunities urges customers to have their say on services, their experiences, and issues that affect them and their community.
We have recently launched our Customer Voice Strategy which is designed to provide opportunities for residents to shape and influence improvement of our services and homes.
We want customers’ voices to count and are asking people who are interested in getting involved to fill in a short survey online.
The purpose of the survey is to establish how involved our customers would like to be and their preferred methods of communication.
The survey is open to all customers of Incommunities and is available on our website.
Nichola Wright, Head of Customer Voice at Incommunities said: "We want to make sure that every customer has the opportunity to get involved and can have their say on our services and homes – whether it’s about repairs, estate management, or community-related services.
“We understand people are busy, so we want to be flexible and make it as easy as possible to get involved. The level of involvement can differ to suit each resident depending on how much time they have available and how much they want to participate.
“We are looking at a range of options including face to face meetings, or involvement via WhatsApp or text messages. Any level of involvement is welcome.
“We would encourage as many people as possible to fill in the survey so we can establish what is best for them and how people want to get involved.”
Incommunities’ Customer Voice Strategy was jointly developed by their residents, members of the governing body and feedback from around 1200 customers who took part in independent research carried out last year.
