Incommunities Group and Sadeh Lok consolidation
Incommunities’ Board has approved the proposed consolidation of Incommunities Group and Sadeh Lok to Incommunities Limited, following consultation with customers and colleagues. This means that from 1st December 2021 the Sadeh Lok name is no longer used and all operations are managed by one entity – Incommunities Limited.
Sadeh Lok became part of the Incommunities Group in 2015 and the move to a simpler legal structure will make our financial, performance and governance reporting easier and more transparent.
Thank you to all customers who shared feedback during the consultation period, this has been instrumental in shaping how we move forward as Incommunities Limited. What does this mean for me?
The name of your landlord will change from Sadeh Lok or Incommunities Group to Incommunities Limited. If you were a Sadeh Lok customer and receive welfare benefits such as Universal Credit, you will need to change the name of your landlord to Incommunities Limited with the Department of Work and Pensions. We are working with the relevant teams to support you with doing this and will be in touch if this affects you. The consolidation does not change:
• the rent you pay
• services provided to you
