Meet the ombudsman

Have you ever wondered who the Housing Ombudsman is and what they do?
Whether you have questions that you’ve always wanted to ask the Housing Ombudsman, or you just want to find out more about the role of the Ombudsman, now’s your chance.
On Tuesday, 1st April, 2pm to 3pm, we’re hosting an online ‘Meet the Ombudsman’ session.
If you’d like to join the online session, please register your interest.
If you don’t have online access or would feel more comfortable attending with support, you’re welcome to join us at our office. Just let us know on the registration form if you’d like to attend in person.
What will happen at the session?
Richard Blakeway from the Housing Ombudsman will lead the forum. This is your opportunity to:
- Learn what the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) does.
- Understand your rights as a customer.
- Share your experiences.
- Discuss the housing issues that matter to you.
Please note: To ask a question, you must submit it in advance using the registration form.
This forum is not for discussing personal issues or complaints. Those should be reported through the usual channels.

Anyone who attends the session will be put into a £50 prize draw.
