Section 20 Dispensation Process – Tribunal Decision
If you are an Incommunities or Sadeh Lok customer you may have received a series of letters about the electricity supplied to your home as a ‘landlord supply’. The ‘Section 20 Dispensation’ process has now been completed to the satisfaction of the Tribunal and they have made a decision which will allow us to enter into longer-term electricity contracts for our customers in the future.
If you are an Incommunities tenant, there will be no change to the electricity supply to your home and you do not have to take any action.
