We want all our customers and people who live in our communities to have the opportunity to get involved and have your say on the things that matter to you.
We know that not everyone can come along to consultations during the day , or give up their time in the evening.
That’s why we’re delighted to announce the launch of Your Voice, a website where customers and members of the community can provide feedback to us on a whole range of topics and things that we’re working on at a time that suits them.
The online platform can be accessed night or day, at a time that suits you. There’s no commitment needed, and you can leave a quick comment , see what others have to say, or give us more detailed feedback if you want to .
You can keep coming back to see updates , take part in surveys, register to receive email updates, and much more.
It’s a place where we’ll share information, ask questions, invite discussion, and host forums directly with our customers and residents.
There’s a ‘Customer hub’ for customers and leaseholders. And a ‘Community hub’ for local residents .
The customer hub is your place to let us know your feedback, where we’ll be asking what you think of our services, and much more.
The community hub is for any local residents living in an area around one of our projects. This could be our plans for new homes or community regeneration at locations across West Yorkshire.
