Where are we?

Shuttleworth House is within a ten minute bus ride to Bradford city centre. Buses stop outside and also serve historic Thornton Village, the birthplace of the Brontë Sisters.

Ten minutes walk away is the Victoria Shopping Centre which includes a large Morrisons store. Shuttleworth House is also close to local shops, medical and dental practice and Bradford Royal Infirmary.

Living space

At Shuttleworth House we have one bedroom apartments with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms over three floors with lift access to each level. All the homes have fitted bathrooms with shower, kitchen and lounge.

It includes attractive garden space and outdoor seating.

There is a Retirement Housing Officer available Monday to Friday who is happy to assist residents with any issues including help to settle into your new home and deal with utility services.

Residents have their own fobs to operate the main entrances. Door entry is also controlled by intercoms in every residents’ home to provide extra security.

All our schemes are linked to the 24/7 Trustcare mobile response service giving residents and their families the reassurance that assistance is just a call away.
